Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened bottles may be eligible for refund within 24 hours of delivery if there is a quality issue.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription days are not provided unless required by law.
